At AER Technologies our staff is focused on supporting our members within a positive workplace culture. Each employee is dedicated to high-level professionalism as part of a family-friendly style of business.

Today we’re featuring Matthew Lozano, Inventory Control Supervisor, as this quarter's Employee Spotlight. We asked him some questions about his time at AER, as well as life outside of work.

1.What is your role at AER Technologies?
"I am an Inventory Control Supervisor. I make sure 100% of orders are shipped out the same day they are received. I oversee the coordinators, I make sure we are purchasing correctly, I make sure we maintain an accurate inventory, and I make sure the mezzanine gets filled."

2. How did you get started in this field?
"I started part time in inventory control and I worked my way to full time and then to expeditor and then to coordinator and then I got promoted to supervisor."

3. How long have you worked at AER?
"It will be my 8th year in August!"

4. What is your favorite part of your job?
"I love the fact that I can apply things that I learn outside of work in here directly, I love being a leader, and I love learning how everything works!"

5. How has your career grown over time since working for AER?
"From working part-time up to supervisor."

6. What has been your biggest accomplishment since working here?
"Becoming supervisor, but also the Ford inventory we had back in March was super successful!"

7. How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
"I am a football junkie and I like to collect sports cards. I especially love the Philadelphia Eagles and the USC teams!"

Please join me in expressing our heartfelt gratitude to Matthew for his outstanding efforts and dedication.
