General Motors is holding talks with the U.S. military to discuss a new platform for its recently developed hydrogen fuel cell battery. This new platform, which is currently still in development, is known as the Silent Utility Rover Universal Superstructure (SURUS), and is an emergency response vehicle with both military and general public applications.
