Navistar has recently "returned to its roots" and transformed into International Motors, LLC, highlighting its rich heritage, innovative solutions, and customer-centric rebrand.

Navistar, a leading name in commercial vehicle manufacturing, has announced a major rebranding to emphasize its strategic transformation and heritage. Effective as of October 1, 2024, the company is now officially known as International Motors, LLC (or simply "International"). This rebrand reflects a commitment to simplifying customer experiences and aligning services under a unified identity. With an entirely new visual display, International explains that "the logo, color palette, typography, photography, and iconography take inspiration from the intricate choreography that occurs daily on streets, highways, and roads. It reflects the ebbs and flows of traffic, the acceleration and deceleration when navigating a city, to the twists and turns of a rural road" (PR Newswire).

This strategic shift is representative of International's new focus on all parts of the customer experience. Instead of all of their attention honed in on bus and truck parts, the organization will now prioritize every step of the process including parts, maintenance, financing, connectivity, and charging. Soon, "tools like OnCommand® Connection and International® 360 will come together under a new digital customer interface called My International. My International will enhance and customize the customer experience by aligning all customer solutions and data, including service contracts, financing, and fleet management in one place" (International.com). The rebrand is also about honoring its heritage and shaping a promising future. President and CEO Mathias Carlbaum highlighted the importance of the simplified brand structure and innovative offerings, which are poised to secure another century of success.
